Inherently, student projects fall into three distinct categories: surpassing expectations, meets requirements, and then the grubber. This instance was no different to any other project, except in one regard. Those students that exceeded expectations did so with unbridled enthusiasm. For some the opportunity to express themselves using minecraft called for unlimited dedication and time. Many of these examples were superb and brought the text to life, demonstrating the literary device in a way that indicated a thorough understanding. In addition, the impressive part was that the quality of their written discourse contained far greater depth and insight than had been seen previously.
