Connecting Everywhere

While Bucharest is in its third week of Orange blizzard conditions I had to travel downtown. By opting to take a taxi I was able to get some work done on the robotics competition, read 2 documents for the COETAIL course 1 and write this blog post in the 4 hours it took to travel a distance that usually takes just 1 hour!

My iPhone 3G connection makes many previously frustrating experiences at least productive experiences.

Now if they would only get rid of data roaming charges while in the European Union!

Postscript: 15 minutes after arriving home I received an SMS saying the school will be closed for the fourth snow day of the winter along with a reminder to post material on Moodle so students can continue to learn while snowbound at home!
