		<description>Glad to hear it&#039;s beginning to make sense for you! I love sharing because I learn so much from others, but I love blogging even more for the reflection. There&#039;s something about writing things down in a way that I know someone else could understand (not just shorthand notes for myself) that really consolidates my learning. And I can&#039;t tell you the number of times I&#039;ve gone back to search for an old post to remember what I did/thought/planned.</description>
