OBJECTIVE
My objective is to gain teaching and leadership opportunities, and to work at a world-class school focused on developing well-balanced and rounded global citizens. I envision myself as part of an inspiring and passionate learning community where continual growth, integrity, critical thinking, reflection, respect and purposeful contributions are encouraged. I aspire to fulfill a role whereby I can help make learning real, meaningful and ‘sticky.’ In such a role, I believe it is my responsibility to understand the needs of individual students, collaborate with different stakeholders, research and advocate for best practices, see the connections between different learning and developmental areas, mentor, and create a safe, learning environment where all students can develop to their fullest potential.
